1. Return Eligibility:
You may request a return if:
The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
3. Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all included accessories.
We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling.
4. Refund Process:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be made via bank transfer or another agreed method, since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:
Clearance or final sale items
Personalized or customized products
6. Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
